As of June 2001, Inova Semiconductors expanded its worldwide presence to North America by establishing Inova Semiconductors, Inc. whose main offices are located in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
Inova Semiconductors specializes in reliable high speed serial data communication products for Gigabit/s data transfers. The company's first product, the GigaSTaR (Gigabit Serial Transmit and Receive), is a serial link with a data rate of 1.32 Gbit/s. It is currently used in numerous industrial application. such as Automated Testing Equipment (ATE), High-Speed Printers/Scanners, Military Radar/Scanning systems, Data Multiplexing Systems and Medical Equipment
